They dont have a physical address on their website. The only info available on their contact us page is the email address customercare@zaxtechshop.com and the phone number 587-333-1853. upon further investigation I found their address which is
ZaxTechShop

They don't send shipping number for weeks, don't reply by any contact method and even deleted contact details from their website recently. Also check review in Facebook, delivery can take months and they deliver fake low quality products.
Bought Ps4 Controller from Zax Tech Shop, I am Impressed

I have bought a wireless controller for my PlayStation from Zax Tech Shop. The Controller connected with my Ps4 without any issues however the order process was not very smooth and quick. I had to wait for a tracking number for more than a week after placing my order. When I checked the Ps4 controller was just shipped and I received it after more than a month from my original ordering date.
Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase from Zax tech shop, the quality of the controller looks good but sometimes there was a lag when playing and sometimes the buttons wont press but now I figured out the issue. I have noticed that the buttons start to miss when the battery is low. The charging time of these PS4 controllers are too low. I have to keep them plugged in of the times in order to play for long time. It works well when plugged in so may be the controllers should have bigger battery. I cannot complain much as I had no other option, my original PS4 controllers were broken and I couldn’t find new ones so at least I can play now :)
The order process was smooth and people at zaxtechshop were good as well, they answered my question regarding the battery issue.
Nothing bad I see them however order time and tracking can be improved.
I would definitely buy from zaxtechshop again
