Westhost used to offer free one year web hosting for students. Now they no longer offer that, I request them to resume it again and and after one year please offer a discounted rate for students. You will get a lot of clients this way.

I had issues with the MySQL database connection between my website and the MySQL server. Had to contact their chat support but gave up twice after waiting for a long time. At Midnight, I was able to chat with a chat representative after waiting for around half an hour even though I was the first one in their queue. Though in the end, my issue was resolved by their support person.
