Using Totalchoice hosting from last 10 years, no major issues so far and if ii have, their support is quick and reliable. I have some e-commerce websites configured on their hosting and i am impressed with the uptime, I think it is safe to recommend Totalchoice hositng to anyone.

Overall Totalchoice hosting is a good web hosting company for small websites. They are not new in hosting business. They priced their hosting packages more competitively in their earlies and I was one of those clients who joined them at that time. Their hosting prices are still good but they could have been better. TCH hosting uptime was mostly above 99% however I have come across a few episodes of maintenance during which my websites stayed down for hours but that was probably specific to my server only.
Overall TCH is a good choice for a basic website. I might have hosted a few websites with them again if they had reduced their prices by at least 25%. It can also attract more clients from other hosts to migrate to them.
Their current pricing is on the par with much larger hosting companies so it doesn’t make any sense to move to them unless we see some reasonable benefit. In fact, hosts like hostgator and hostmonster sometimes even offer promotions with less prices than the current pricing of TotalChoice Hosting.
Their billing is automatically reoccurring unless you opt out of it. I was charged for two months even after leaving them which is another reason why I didn’t not return to them till now. I had to manually remove their reoccurring billing from my payment processor. That is one thing you should watch out for.
