Strikingly was once a good choice for me, they helped me in managing my good customer base but since 2023 start, things have taken a U turn. Previously there was rarely an order issue with my website but now it is rare to see successful orders. I am fed up with Strikingly now and will leave them soon.

After reading my review, you will surely classify Strikingly as a scam. I have used my credit card to use their web hosting package. At the end of my contact with them, they automatically charged my card again! I contacted them but they refused to refund the amount. Now I was forced to use their web hosting again because I prepaid for it. Now when my contact end was approaching again, I asked them to remove my card information but they are refusing to do so without revoking my web hosting which i already paid for. Apparently, even if you have already paid for your web hosting in advance, you can only remove your card information on the condition of withdrawing from your remaining web hosting time. Now, if this is not a scam, What else is?
They Criminally Charge You For Renewals Even after You Cancel

I had some issues with image uploads and random disappearance of uploaded contents therefore I decided to leave strikingly. I contacted their service representative and asked him to cancel my subscription. But that was probably not enough as my card got charged for a whole new year of strikingly services which i dont use at all. Cant they see that i havent even setup a website in my account, why would they still renew my services and charge me for another year of their useless service? I got real mad and contacted their service representative again and asked for a refund but they refused and offered an on site credit which i dont need. I have no intentions to use their faulty services again. $200 dollars went down the drain.
Their frontends look somewhat appealing but there are countless issues when dealing with functionality. I had to leave due to the same reasons.
Dishonestly cannot be tolerated. I feel like i have been robbed by strikingly.com that is the very reason due to which i am writing this review. I dont want anyone else to become their victim.
Dont use strikingly, stay away from them. If you are already using them and want to leave then keep a proof of the cancellation so that you can drag them to consumer court over this.
