Had some Email issues, Inmotion hosting support quickly fixed them for me

I am mostly satisfied with Inmotion hosting. I had faced some issues with my webmail account but when I contacted inmotion customer service, they fixed it quickly. My website is in WordPress and it is growing fast so I think I will soon need a VPS for which I will try their VPS hosting as well, I only fear a bit because I am not that technical but I will still give it a go. The Ftp access is also very fast when using Filezilla.
I have not faced any significant downtime so far with inmotion however my website does get slow sometimes during peak traffic hours.
Before using inmotion, I was with GoDaddy but they become too expensive at that time.
