I am having a very hard time using Imaginepay. I tried to contact them at support@imaginepay.com, but their response is very slow and the support also seems too busy to accommodate new people. I am an old person with limited mobility so i had to give up in the end. I wanted to give Imagine Pay a try after hearing from a friend but too bad I couldn't.

Imaginepay is a system to pay medical payments yet it requires you to answer a voice call to confirm a payment. I wonder who designed all their system. Now my brother is deaf and how is he going to use Imaginepay? Did it ever occurred to you that medical sometimes involves hearing disabilities?
Also the credit card processing charges are 3% which is too much for me. I dont think this solution will be workable for me and many more people.
