I am pretty satisfied with hostpresto. Their support team is also good and quickly respond. Although they sometimes get stuck on their stance even when the issue is completely legit. I had an incident due to which I was about to leave them but at the very moment my issue got resolved. May be someone in their upper management read through my messaging. Other than that, they are good.

I have used their hosting in past which was working well for what I had to pay. Now I am no longer with Hostpresto but that doesn’t have any thing to do with their hosting. Their servers were great and almost always up, the only think I didn’t like about them was their support which had no clue about their server configuration. For example, I had received multiple complaints from my clients that my websites are not loading but when I checked them myself, they were up for me. This problem persisted for so much time and their support were unable to find the issue which ultimately forced me to leave them. I think their firewall was probably blocking certain IP ranges which revoked access to my clients.
I am giving them 4 stars for their good hardware but deducting 1 star for their poor support.
Their hosting has decent uptime and pretty reliable if we ignore the firewall issues.
If you know system administration then probably you should opt for Hostpresto VPS instead of normal hosting. It may give you more control over in relatively less price.
