Keeps Sending Invoices after Cancellation

Do not use Hetzner, they are scammers and try to charge you even after you cancel their service. I canceled a long time ago yet they still keep sending me invoices. I have presented the proof of my cancellation after which they refunded the amount. But they again charged for the same service! I don't know if they are deliberately doing it or if there is a bug in their system.
