Can you believe that a company that you have bought 50+ games refuse to accept the transaction records as your account ownership? Yes, that is the case with Epicgames, they don’t honor even their own transaction records and only rely on the account information that can be changed by the hacker right after the account compromise. I did not expect such behavior from an apparently big company like Epicgames however I won’t just let it go though. We don’t live in a Jungle, I have spent thousands of dollars on my account and I paid for the games in my account, Just waiting to get free enough and then I will definitely go to all available platforms including court to claim not only my account but also for the compensation for the depression it caused me.
I am gathering data for other similar users too from reviews websites and I will try to go to the direction of a combined effort against Epicgames for this mater.
When I pay someone, the transaction history is a definite proof of my ownership for that transaction. If Epicgames refuses that as a proof, they are definitely denying concert proof, they won’t get away with it.
Don’t spend money on Epicgames, if you lose your account after being targeted by any hacker, you will end up empty handed. All the money you paid will become nothing.
