Antagonist is good hosting but it is on the expensive side. Their support is good and mostly quick. As for their starting packages, the cheapest plan which is called ‘Smart’ and it is with only 1GB RAM and only 1 CPU core costs 5 Pounds per month. I think they should revise their plans in the light of current technological needs. 1GB ram is nothing especially with 1 CPU core, the system will simply go down even with more than a dozen concurrent requests. The first practical option for a small blog owner is the Plus package which has 2GB RAM and 2CPU cores and it costs twice as well, 9.99 Pounds and will only accommodate 3 websites at max.
Their Pro plan costs 19.99 Pounds and yet it only allows you to have maximum 5 Websites. This plan has 4gb RAM and 3 CPU cores with 100GB storage and 4TB bandwidth. Even though on the expensive side, I could have upgraded to this plan if it had minimum 10 websites allowed.
If Antagonist team is reading this, they seriously need to revise their plans to attract newcomers and to retain existing users.
