The products I have ordered from Amazon have arrived very rapidly and undamaged. Their delivery times are astounding. And I have even managed to use my debit card with the overseas Australian variation of Amazon after contacting them. And you better believe that is a whole lot cheaper than having a product mailed to Australia from th U. S. A.. I am based in the Central Time Zone and before Florida got flooded, even ordering from it got a fast response by standard shipping. It operates so fast, I hesitate to order expedited least the package hit me in the head on the way back from posting the request from my mailbox. I'm not saying it comes overnight, but I have never had faster shipping across state lines via standard shipping.

I am a regular user of amazon since so many years and I can confidently say that their service quality is rapidly going down. Especially after this COVID hit their quality of service got the worst of all other companies, even the Aliexpress.com is giving me better support than Amazon.com now. The only reason I preferred Amazon was somewhat better delivery time but what is the use of that better delivery time when I get wrong items all the time. Its seems that their staff is too afraid from COVID and doesn’t even bother to check the items before shipping them.
I got many wrong items delivered on my doorstep from Amazon and to add insult to the injury. When I returned them, I didn’t receive my refund without contacting their customer service multiple times. They tried to deceive me by saying they didn’t receive the returned items but when I give them the proof, they said Oh yes, we got them but didn’t get in our records due to improper scanning. Whose fault is it then? Is that how a multibillion-dollar business behaves with their clients?
Excuse me! Do your clients have to come in your store themselves to scan the items to get a refund? What is your staff doing? First sending wrong items and them not scanning returned items? I wonder how many clients Amazon have you scammed by not returning their money to them.
Their delivery system is worst of all as well. They delivered my parcels to my neighbor’s yard not once but many times. It’s good that I live in a good neighborhood otherwise I would have lost all those items as well. What a pathetic service from Amazon.
Amazon.com was once a good company but they are probably unable to keep up with their growing business. Although I get my refunds but i have to contact their customer service multiple times and explain them again and again to get them.
It seems that the Amazon.com is now being handled by kids. Placing an order on amazon.com is now just like a gamble, i don't know if i will get the correct item or even get anything at all. Lost trust in them.
Dont buy expensive items on amazon.com instead drive and buy them yourself. Dont put too much trust on amazon just because its a big name, they were good at times but now they are anything but reliable.
