I have been using allegro from a long time, not because it’s a very good website, the problem is I had no other option. But now I came to know that amazon started to ship to Poland so I will probably never use allegro again. I have no issue with the website itself rather their staff seems to be incompetent, they don’t even care to listen to a client instead they will just be enforcing on you what they want.
I have been scammed by Allegro sellers’ multiple times as I ordered my items by looking at the pictures assuming they are original but what I got was not even the first copy stuff. When I tried to get a refund, I was simply declined. Some of the items I ordered seemed to be used while I paid for new ones, oh and the price is not the only issue here this is a big health risk as well especially in this covid epidemic.
The reason I was trying to stay with Allegro is because it is a Poland based website but now, I am forced to go with amazon. Who knows how many others are thinking the same, you people at allegro.pl will lose business to Amazon for sure and Polands money will also go outside to Amazon just because of your attitude and negligence? Allegro is no longer a good option, I have lost trust in them

Here comes the final experience after which I completely avoid Allegro. I am a business owner so I have contract with a lawyer firm. Once someone from Allegro called me claiming to be their lawyer and asked me to pay for an item for which I got a refund due to it being incorrect item from my payment company as the buyer was not giving me the refund and the Allegro was not cooperating. I contact my lawyers who gave them shut-up call by a threat to file a harassment suit in case of receiving a single more call. They probably didn’t expect such response so I didn’t receive any further calls later. Therefore; they are bully too so maybe you should avoid them if you don’t have a dedicated lawyer firm. I would have filed a complete suit against them if they had gone to that direction, I had all the proves the actual pictures of the item and the item I got from them were totally different. I also kept a word copy of all my chat with them.
If you really need to use Allegro then my advice is to use Paypal or any other financial service which allows refund claim. And, While ordering, keep record of each and everything, like the snapshots of the order page with product picture and also make a video when receiving the item and unboxing it. Then you can force a refund in case of a bad purchase and you will have enough evidence against their lawyers. You can file a harassment suit against them or even sue them for fraud. That will give them a taste of their own medicine.
