UVC is a scam
I have enough data to prove that UVC is a scam. They mislead people and trick them into a long contract. My aunt and uncle got tricked by Unlimited Vacation Clubs marketing people and signed up for a 25-year contract. They are old and couldn't understand their misleading marketing tactics but I made them realize that they are already 70 years + and it is very unpractical for them to sign up for such packages. My uncle immediately contacted them to cancel the membership and refund the initial deposit but the people at UVC were reluctant and used delaying tactics to finish the 5-day cancellation period and only proceeded with the cancelation once i backed up my uncle and told them that i am keeping proof of the entire communication with them along with date/timestamps. I was willing to file a lawsuit on behalf of my uncle but as soon as the UVC people realized the situation, they refunded the amount and cancelled the membership. Don't fell for their false offers and stay away from them! Immediately leave the place if you are contacted by anyone from unlimited vacation club.
It should be called Unlimited Troubles Clubs
If you ever see someone with a blue shirt who pushes you to buy an Unlimited Vacation Clubs membership, just say NO eyes closed and either ask him to leave or leave the place yourself. Don’t talk to them, they are trained scammers. They will sugarcoat you and trap you by giving you unreasonably good offers. Don’t buy it, just DON’T! Trust me, you will save yourself from a lot of trouble.
Their name should be Unlimited Trouble Club. I had to give to lose the entire amount I paid for their membership as the cancellation fee. Their contract papers are very tricky and engage you in such a legal contract that you have nothing in your hands. You just have to keep paying them for the membership or lose everything you paid in advance. I even contacted a lawyer who happens to be my friend as well. He said that it is better for me to get rid of them by losing the money I paid instead of a lawsuit.
All the discounts and offers they make are lies, if you don’t believe me, look at their reviews on Trustpilot. Save yourself and don’t even talk to anyone from Unlimited Vacation Clubs.
