I am one of their oldest clients. I stayed with StartLogic for a long time. Initially, they were very good but they were run over by the competition as they didn't upgrade as quickly as they should. They also had some restrictions such as restricted file extensions, untrained support etc. which forced me to move to a better web host but still I would love to come back to them once I see enough upgrades in their system.
For now, Startlogic is good for starters as their website only costs $2.75 for unlimited websites right now.
