They MIx used and new items

I received a few items from Alza that I am sure were used ones but sold to me as new.Their support team has different kind of people, I had episodes of good support as well as really bad one too. If you ever have to return an item from Alza then you are left with your luck. Alza is not a scam but i suspect that they resend returned items after fixing then labeled as new and this act can be called a scam practice.

I have used both CZC and Alza and I can easily tell you the difference. The Alza is much better at least they try to answer the complaint calls. Also they actively monitor the customer reviews on different websites while CZC just ignores customers. The delivery time sucks for both but Alza is still a bit better as you can perssue your order while in case of CZC, you are on your own. The customer service usually have no idea of your order state and location.

Apparently they can backaway from any order even after it is fully paid. How easy is it for them but for the customer, they may have to wait for months for the payment refund. They are selfish and wont honor their orders even after the payment is made.
I ordered a product from then which was offered in a good price but the next day they cancelled my order and claim to refund my amount. My bank holds to refunded amount for upto 40 days to only because of them I have my money locked for 40 days. It is not a big amount but still they backed away, imagine what will they do for larger orders. Think twice before placing an order with them!
